The role of the Mentor is to build capability. Your Mentor helps you discover your own wisdom by encouraging you to learn the information set out in the Business Mindset Training and so develop self-reliance.

A Mentor is normally years ahead in knowledge, experience and wisdom and shares this all in a relationship of mutual trust – a partnership between two people.

Our Mentoring relationships are two-way learning experiences. And this gives the Mentee the confidence to know that they can also contribute to the partnership.

Because the relationship is mutually beneficial, strong bonds are forged. And these may outlast the lifetime of the Mentoring relationship.

The Mentorship Programme is going to give you drive, determination, courage and self-reliance. As a result, you’ll become a Boiler Entrepreneur, and you’ll be able to become a Mentor for someone else.
